Too tall. Would not fit comfortably in my left rear pocket as the ones with one less slot for cards.

Really? I've never bought timberlands but I always thought they were decent shoes.
I was under the same assumption. Strap for the boot already off on one, the sole coming apart on another, and the cushion in both is nonexistent now. Very uncomfortable to stand/walk in for extended periods.

All of my wallets are this height. Unless I'm wearing women's jeans (don't judge me! ), all of my wallets fit perfectly in every pocket.

And no, I don't wear women's jeans.

Where to obtain? Do they make women's wallets?

The wife unit has declined a wallet purchase for Mother's Day, citing, "we need to save money." I'm inclined to say, "fuck it, you've earned it."

Okay, the modeled men's socks pictures creep me out. It looks like a pose they'd have for women but men? Eek.

This one is a J. Crew wallet. After looking for about 9 months, it was the first unlined shell wallet I found. Lots of people use shell to create real bulky wallets. That's not my bag, baby.

As an example, these are the types of wallets you typically see in shell. http://www.mitchell-leather.com/Other_Products.html

That sucks. Remind me not to buy Timberlands.

Seriously, check out Ecco's. I'm hoping their quality is as good as it used to be as they are seriously comfy and last forever if it is.

Then again, they should be for an asking price of $190. But you can find some killer deals on them for a LOT less if you look around.

I would have no issue with that if it also said Horween. The point was to buy something tanned down the street from my house.

+1.

I am in search of the wallet that I can cram lots of crap in and still have it stay thin.

My brother gave me a nice calf-skin I haven't used yet because I'm afraid to. My dad gave me some other black thing that is a little on the too-large-and-square side.

So I persist in using an ugly kiosk thing that was designed to hold everything but money.

The texture is horrible and the stripe design isn't helping.

Only match it if your goal is to look like a poorly dressed Fox football analyst!

No, in a stylish like a motherfucker kind of way,

Need a new pair of shoes, one of my pairs of shoes is badly made and hurts my feet up to my knee if I walk more than about a mile.

Should I stick to obvious brands, or learn about what makes a quality shoe quality (since many of the brands here are European, not American, so the advice here isn't easy to follow).
