My classes went well.
Kids want to talk to me about their issues and problems.
Settling down.
No physical fights.
Older students want to learn more about Islam and Buddism, as well as learning about Hamas and Al-Qaeda.

ESL girls are awesome, and keep telling me how awesome it is to know about prefixes and suffixes, but how their pronunciation needs work (true). Some of them are going to start teaching me Dari/Farsi.

My son said out of the blue that he wants to stay at my place half the time (week on week off).
At the moment he stays Wednesday to Monday every fortnight. It is not much more time but it will be great and was nice to hear.

My energy is getting closer to normal! I'm feeling good and looking forward to start a workshop on time management and organization.

Go!
How does one get in on this workshop? Probably my weakest skill sets.

As far as good things go, my wife wasn't sure if I was getting her a birthday cake yesterday so we ended up with two *burp*! Yellow cake with buttercream frosting and pineapple filling between the layers. Yum yum!!!

Today, I dealt with more stupidity before 8:00 A.M. than most people will in a week. At 8:01, I had the stupidity throttled to a point where it no longer required my attention. I will do absolutely nothing for the next 45 minutes, then I am running some errands and meeting my wife for lunch.

After flipping out a bit at not finding my money belt pouch with a few hundred bucks in it in my apartment, which made me 40 minutes late to find an empty cab stand that is normally full, I made it to the airport in plenty of time and just found the money belt hiding deep in my bag over lunch.

I have to rush to the store right after work to get the next few weeks of groceries, get out early enough to put together a big meal at the house, sit down to watch LOTR #2, and then clean a mound of dishes.

Couldn't be happier.

The L.A. Kings are in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Since altering my workout routine, I'm down 4 pounds and having some fun doing some sprinting again.

What's going right today?

- Clearing out some projects today in hopes of a potential client agreeing to do a massive project starting next week.

- The bass BeeTL completed for me is on its way via UPS and passed through Nashville this morning.

- Date with a someone I've slowly taken some interest in. (Gotta arrange time to go get my car cleaned.) We've been candid enough with each other over the past 2 years that

1. She knows I'm not interested in a relationship and
2. I know she's not interested in a relationship right now.

- My Adderall is kicking in as I type this.

- A potential client says they've cut a deposit check for me. They just need the boss to sign it.

- About to head to Chipotle for a burrito and load it with sriracha.
